Accommodation

Island View is equipped for six adults but could comfortably accommodate seven. 

Sleeping and washroom accommodation consists of  a double room and a twin room upstairs and also a bathroom. There is a third (family) bedroom downstairs with a double and a single bed and an adjacent shower-room.

The sitting room is at the front of the cottage and enjoys views of the surrounding hills while the kitchen is situated at the back and overlooks the sea. The kitchen combines with the dining area to create a fairly sizeable room. Adjoining the kitchen is the sun-lounge off which is the back door leading down to the shingle beach. 

 The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob and oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, iron, etc.

Heating is by means of electric central heating with an open coal fire option in the sitting room.

There is private, off road parking for two cars.

Regret no pets (guide dogs are excepted) and sorry, no smokers

Prices from £385 - £495 (Christmas & New Year weeks are £575 and Easter week is £425. This includes all solid fuel - coal, logs and sometimes peat- for the open fire.)

(Electricity is included but there is a small surcharge for bed linen and towels)
